伊的咖哩角

我的'咖哩角'
我不在这里详述recipe 了
她们比我详细得多,我也是从她们那里学来的.
Lily's Wai Sek Hong
也曾经在我阿姨那里学过
每次吃这个咖哩角时都会想起
我帮阿姨在pasar malam 开档卖咖哩角
很久之前的事了

第一次做咖哩角,还不错啦(有点自豪感.哈...)
就是皮有点厚,也不够味.下次下手得比较重.









开战后的厨房.我很喜欢开战,就是最怕也最讨厌收拾残局.

Ash : yea, 'look' yummy only this time. Next round will be 'look yummy and eat yummy' kekeke... I did learn from Aunty Daisy's skill or rolling the 'spiral' out. I have not tried your Claypot yet leh, most likely nicer than my version. Hope to try your cooking one day.
